Kevwe Isaac Nikoro stage named KIN is a 21-year old young Nigerian who hails from Delta state that is working real hard to becoming a name to reckon with in this large Nigeria music industry.
Born into a Christian family and being the first son out of five boys, KIN developed love for music at a tender age of seven (7) playing instruments in church most especially the drums. After his primary education and secondary education where he attended Eupharistic Primary school and Dansol high school respectively, KIN moved out to the UK to further his studies, where he is currently studying in University of Wolverhampton and majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
Starting his musical career, KIN became a recording artiste at the age of sixteen (16) when he joined a music group called “Flake City”. With Flake City, he recorded some couple of songs and also did a few video as well before finally leaving to start his own solo career.
Independently, KIN has three official singles out on airplay titled “She’s Calling”, “Hello” and most recently “Ada Owerri” which he did shoot a video for. Calling his genre of music AfroKIN, KIN is proud to produce sounds that haven’t been heard of prior to now.
Having God and his mother as his source of inspiration while D’Banj, 2Face and Prof. Wole Soyinka as his mentors, his plans to take over the Nigeria music scene has been drafted already. He also has a vision to open a quarter for homeless people in Nigeria as one of his pet project.
In the words of KIN which is a name formed from the initials of all his names “Life is a race that we all have to keep running until we make it”
