Music, one of the most beautiful things this planet has ever witnessed. It is art itself, a force that managed to become a way of life. Music tells stories, solves problems and creates ideas.

   It has existed as long as the first man to walk on earth. He had the natural instruments that is the early morning chirping of birds to the midnight mating calls of toads.

According to the great Greek philosopher Plato, “music gives soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination and life to everything.

  Music is used in every culture in all over the world. It has blended in the every day lives of humans for different uses.

From the melodic classical music to the upbeat pop music to the slow jam that is RnB, music offers many alternatives for everyone’s taste.

For entertainment purposes we use music, for celebrations we rejoice with music, when we are sad music is comfort, when we are happy music is our companion and when we want to sleep, music can tuck us in to bed.

In some parts of the world, it is being used as a form of therapy for patients of depression and anxiety. It is also used to trigger memory for elderly patients with Dementia.

The great Reggae legend Bob Marley said “One good thing about music is when it hits you, you feel no pain,” so it’s no surprise that music can heal.

Religions all over the world have adopted music as a form of worship and praise. 

Thanks to technology, music of different genres can be listened to all over the world and enjoyed by everyone.

The greatest musicians are loved greatly because of their ability to make music that is appealing and very addictive.

Artists like Beethoven, Bob Marley, Michael Jackson and Fela Kuti have proved music breaks barriers and unites people. 

Music is truly the most beautiful creation in life. The would be no balance in the world without it.
