There are many home remedies, such as ice compresses, calamine lotion and oatmeal baths that can help soothe the uncomfortable feeling of heat rashes.

Heat rash is also referred to as miliaria, sweat rash, or prickly heat. The weird nature of this skin condition is that it can appear anywhere on the body. People may experience uncomfortable, itchy, burning, or prickly sensations. Heat rash happens when sweat cannot leave the sweat ducts to the skin surface. It blocks the pores and causes an inflammatory response from the body in the nature of a rash.

One can develop heat rashes if they are in a hot or humid environment, wearing tight clothes, sleeping for long hours and involved in intense physical. When this happens, there are cheap and naturally available supplements to clear the rashes within days. 

  • Ice compressors

One of the best and easiest ways to kill heat rash is to cool the skin. You can apply a cold compress, such as an ice pack or cold cloth on the area of skin to reduce redness, itching, and swelling.

  • Adorn in loose fittings and clothing

Wearing loose clothes can help relieve the skin from so much pressure and therefore helps in natural air circulating the body properly. More so, skin pores are free and will function properly. 

  • Bath in oatmeal

YOU can soak in oatmeal to soothe their skin. To do this, add oatmeal to a warm bath and soak. Oatmeal also cleanses the skin and provide an anti-inflammatory benefit.

  • Baking soda bath

Adding baking soda to a bath may help skin that is easily irritated. Baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) aids improvements in people suffering from skin itching and irritation.

  • Apply aloe vera

Aloe vera is medicinal and the gel has strong anti-inflammatory effects. Applying aloe vera gel on heat rash can help to ease irritated skin.
