We have a playlist which covers global music every week and it is our best intention to provide you with the best songs across all genres. Here is a list of songs to listen to this week.
Black – Patoranking
Patoranking crushes on the black race by giving a rendition of poetry, spoken word, and switches it to a song at the closing moments of this powerful track on his ‘Wilmer’ project
Purple Emoji – Ty Dolla $ign
Even though it sounds like broken and distorted voice records, this is the most relatable song this week. J.Cole raps over a Ty song that has the most contemporary Rnb elements.
Redemption – Runtown
On a record spaced by countless hooks and a heartfelt chorus, it is on right to listen to one of the stand-out tracks on Runtown’s long-awaited project.
ISIS – Joyner Lucas featuring Logic!
Joyner still has time for proper rhythm and poetry in his songs – a typical rap song. Lucas drops some killer bars on his newest release, after controversial ‘Devil’s work’.
Daz how star do – Skiibii featuring Falz, Teni and DJ Neptune
Skiibii enlists some of the most sought-after stars on this classic hiphop record. Falz had his moment while Teni was on one of the songs she shouldn’t have been on.
Losing my mind – Sheck Wes
Sheck Wes’ breezy and faint style of rap paints this song as one you can vibe on the balcony of a building after a crazy day out.
Gbese – DJ Tunez featuring Wizkid and Blaq Jerzee
We can’t ignore the fact that Wizkid and DJ Tunez have enjoyed bromances in the past, especially after touring Canada together. The Blaq Jerzee production boasts of rhythmic pop and African instruments tailored to Wizkid’s sound. Make sure to catch that classic sample on the last bridge
Zanku Leg Riddim – Legendury beatz featuring Mr Eazi
Mr Eazi has been on top dance songs and this is one of the most flawless dance songs we’ve heard this year.
Mana girls – Skibii
Skiibii is making good music and this man has been on a row since the turn of the year.
Cross me – Ed Sheeran featuring Chance the rapper and PnB Rock
Fans need more music from Ed and he has been consistent in the past weeks. PnB is on the same song with Ed Sheeran and it’s sounding like a hit already.
