Every week, we curate the best songs and releases from top and promising musicians in a bid to keep you away from the loop of indecision and unsolicited web pages and playlists from random plug-ins. Here is that playlist to get you through the week and beyond:

Ojoro – DJ Neptune featuring D’Banj and Flash

D’banj has been consistent in the past weeks with laying his unique and boisterous vocals on major instrumentals, here is another one with mega DJ Neptune and Flash with smashing production and almost effortless vocals dropping on the double-note melody.

Monalisa – Lyta

Lyta is impressive on his post-YBNL separation and he has laid his best vocals on this heartfelt eulogy to an unknown lover in the most romantic approach ever.

Remember the name – Ed Sheeran featuring Eminem and 50 Cent

“No.6” is out and Ed Sheeran is no more in for solos like we accepted few years ago. Ed Sheeran allows surprises dictate the flow and rhythm of his project and here is Eminem and 50 Cent ride the wave and drop bars on the fast tempo.

100 shooters – Future

Future keeps his drowsy and gimpy vocals to the lowkey delivery of a gang story.

So fine – Crayon

The blowtime/Mavin newbie is ready and he impresses on the Rnb/Afropop melody.

The man with a gun – Vector

Vector utilizes traditional rap culture in freestyling to initiate subtle shots and random impressions at imaginable points on the attractive instrumental.

Tonight – Dotman

The instrumentals are favorable and adaptive to the man’s usual deliveries.

Bamiloke – Crayon

Crayon drops relatable lyrics and lines on the impressive record. Probably the best track on the ‘CRAY CRAY EP’.

Prove it – Big K.R.I.T featuring J.Cole

The two men drop lines on fierce production on a rap journey that preaches worth and appraisal.

Commando – King Promise

Off his new album, King Promise renditions about his feelings and his manly promises to a lover on the best ballad you’ll hear from Ghana this week and in the coming days.
