Raul Gallon is currently the Chief Executive Officer/President of G&G Holdings Group, LLC; a diversified holding company with holdings spread across various industry verticals such as, but not limited to Insurance Services and specialized insurance management.
He successfully launched various businesses such as G&G Insurance Adjusters, Inc.; a premier Property & Casualty Claims Adjusting company in the State of Florida with over 750 bilingual adjusters in their CAT roster throughout the United States providing quality service to insurance carriers, and G&G MGA, LLC, a licensed Managing General Agency in the State of Florida.
After a successful run as an Insurance Claims Adjuster in great companies such as CJW Associates, NCA Group, and Cunningham Lindsey, Inc.; Raul began his entrepreneurial journey by founding G&G Insurance Adjusters, Inc. in 2006. His leadership skills were in full display with claims administration and catastrophe management during catastrophic events such as Hurricane Katrina, Frances, Charlie, Ivan, Jeanne, Ike, and Sandy just to name a few throughout the last 10 years with commercial, residential, inland marine and condos.
His broad depth of learning and continued experience has been pivotal in the growth, strength, and success of G&G Holdings Group, LLC and its subsidiaries.
Besides his business qualities, Raul Gallon developed a passion for helping others, which inspired him in 2016 to create The Gallon Foundation to devote its energy to passionately advocate for the hungry, needy, and politically under-represented communities. As per Raul Gallon’s vision, The Gallon Foundation is an architect of solutions for challenges faced by countless people in our community. Many organizations focus on one cause, but The Gallon Foundation really looks at the community as a whole and in a collaborative effort, creates solutions.
In 2017 The Gallon Foundation creates and announces the charity entertainment event Champagne Fun Festival in Fort Lauderdale, it was determined that a portion of the proceeds will be donated to HOPE: South Florida. Raul Gallon, currently holds an Associate of Arts Degree from the Broward Community College, and also a Bachelor Degree in International Economics, Business Administration and Management from the Florida Atlantic University.
Raul also speaks fluent Spanish, English and Russian, because his mindset pushes him to be better prepared to be able to create solutions where others see no change, to see opportunities where others see crisis.
