Thai Shrimp Soup

We declare this meal healthy and tasty! It is unbelievable though but we added the rice straight into the soup. This is a perfect Thai bowl and every spoon is indeed promising. We challenge you to skip the take-out version and make this at home.

Ingredients – 450 g fresh shrimps, 1 pc onion, 1 pc lime, 2 pcs garlic, 1 tbsp ginger, 2 tbsp butter, 1 cup basmati rice, 1 pc lime, 1 can coconut milk, 1 tsp salt, 1 pc pepper, 1 tsp black pepper, 2 tbsp curry powder


Firstly, cook the rice according to instruction and set aside.

Melt the butter in a small stockpot over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp (peeled and deveined) then add the salt and pepper to taste.

Cook, stirring occasionally for about 2-3 minutes or until pink. Remove the shrimps and set them aside. Then add the onion (diced), red bell pepper (diced) and garlic (minced) to the stockpot and cook until tender for about 3-4 minutes.

Stir in the ginger until fragrant for about a minute. Add the curry powder and stir to combine. Gradually whisk in the coconut milk and 3 cups of vegetable stock. Stir well for about 1-2 mintes and cook.

Bring to boil then reduce the heat and allow to simmer until 8-10 minutes or slightly thickened.

Stir in the rice, shrimps and squeeze in the lime juice. Add cilantro (optional) and stir.

Serve hot!

No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

These cookies are so tempting! They are classy and tastes just as yummy as they look. They are a must-have in your picnic box, on your party trays and they are just best for all those moments you long for something to munch on. It doesn’t cost much too.

Ingredients – 2 cups sugar, 113 g butter, 4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, 135 g creamy peanut butter, 120 ml full cream milk, 3 cups oats, 2 tsp vanilla essence, 1 pinch salt


Combine the butter, sugar, milk, cocoa powder and salt in a saucepan and bring to a rapid boil. Allow to boil for a minute.

Stir in the vanilla essence, peanut butter and oats.

Scoop the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet using a medium cookie spoon.

Let it cool until set, this will take about 30 minutes.

Serve immediately or store in an air-tight container at room temperature/in a refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Sausage Apple Pan

Sleep is golden, so you should wake up to something nourishing and amazing every morning. That’s the kind of meal this is. It’s one pan meal, tasty and perfect for picky eaters. Finally, you can go to bed because breakfast is settled. No worries!

Ingredients – 4 pcs chicken sausage, 1 pc green apple, 1 pc red apple, 1 tbsp coconut oil, 2 pinch black pepper, 2 pinch salt, 1 bunch parsley


Heat the coconut oil over medium-high in a frying pan.

Toss in the apples (cored and diced) and the sausages (pre-cooked and sliced) until the sausages are hot and the apples are tender. Add salt and pepper to taste if desired, and remove from heat.

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley or basil and avocado.

Wash the rice and cook it in a pressure cooker until soft.
